Powerful prayer for the revelation of God’s Glory (according to: Ephesians 1:17ff). Read it and speak it out loud:<\/p>\n

Dear Father in Heaven,
\nYou are the father of all power and glory –
\nYou are the God of our Lord Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

Give me the spirit of wisdom and revelation,
\nthat I learn to know you more and more.<\/p>\n

Enlighten the eyes of my heart,
\nthat I may see your glory.
\nI want to see You, father of glory.
\nI want to know Your hope, that You gave to me, when You called me.<\/p>\n

Reveal to me, what riches and wonderful inheritance
\nYou have available for me, for I belong to Your holy people
\nand the exceeding greatness of Your power,
\nthat you let work in us Your holy people.<\/p>\n

It is the same tremendous power, that you worked with,
\nas you rose Christ from the dead
\nand gave him the place of honor in the heavenly realm
\nto your right side.<\/p>\n

Therefore Christ is now high above
\nall powers and forces
\nhigh above all that possesses authority and influence.
\nHe reigns above all kinds of distinction
\nnot only in this world, but also in the world to come.<\/p>\n

Yes, You, Father in heaven,
\nhave put everything under the feet of Jesus,
\nand You have made Him the ruler over the whole universe, and the head of the church.
\nIt is His body, and you are living in her with all your fullness.
\nYou, that fills everything and everybody with Your glory.<\/p>\n
